June 2005 - INKINDI.COM now managed by PlanB
After having its website revemped by PlanB, the Inkindi N´Imanzi dancing group has
switch to a full PlanB hosting. PlanB will handle hosting managment duties as well as web mastering.
We are also commited to make the website evolve beyond previous services offered like forums, guest book
links, events reporting and other interactive tools for fans to keep in touch with their favourite
dance groupe.

April 2005 - ISARO 2.0 is here
We are pleased to announce that after two years of existence, the ISARO portal has adopted a new look. As you all know by know, ISARO is a rwandan centric portal providing your organisation with an internet presence, redirect web surfers to your personal website, but also echo any cultural event you are organising or promoting.
Among novelties:
- ISARO ishop - a new section allows you to sell your products.
- ISARO iclient - replaces JClient and is powered by PlanB´s Bakame v2.2 ©.
March 2005 - PlanB delivers software engineering consultancy to SimpliWorld
This Belgium based company offers eased computer and internet access to senior citizens. PlanB software division contributed to definition of the Software platform and provided some original yet powerfull Open Source based software solutions. SimpliWorld is to be launched sometimes this summer and will be available in major Benelux cities. You can already pay a visit to SimpliWorld.
October 2004 - inkindi n'imanzi releases RACINES through PlanB Multimedia
This successfull show by rwandan native dance troup inkindi n'imanzi has been stage accross europ and was criticaly aclaimed by both the press and spectators. It was more than enough for PlanB Multimedia to decide to bring this stage experience to you homes. The choreographed play was written by Chantal M. NYANDWI with the help of Rachel and Daniela RUNYINYA. Director Jean-Luc SONGA was able to capture the essence of the show and enhance it with some interesting graphical features. This DVD is the first in a collection dedicated to African Culture and Heritage. You can now access the DVD's mini site and hook up with inkindi n'imanzi.
July 2004 - Groupe BOURYABA live on the Net
Groupe BOURYABA is the latest addition to PlanB web hosting roster. This real estate company is located in RD Congo with representatives in Paris (FRANCE) and Brussels (BELGIUM). The web site was build as a showcase by web designer BALEY Inc. By choosing PlanB as a professional web host, BALEY Inc. is now able to focus on pure web design, its core business. March 2004 - BAKAME© 2.0 released !
PlanB leading low cost Content Management System has again leaped forward.
This new version features the latest from internet technology. The BAKAME© CMS XML based database has been completely rewriten in order to provide better reliability.
Among changes and novelties:
- Support for UTF-8 and ISO8859-1 font encoding
- New Administration and Cofiguration Tool: BAK
- New Publishing Schema and API. Designed in close collaboration with key News Providers.
- Archiving services. Keeping track of past publication and articles.

2003 Kora AwardTM Winner JP Samputu has been in the African music circuit for a while. The Rwandan born artist started his career 20 years ago and is now leaping in the third millenium with even more projects. Among these projects was a strong communication and information strategy evolving around the Internet. When it came to making this project a reality, Samputu turned to PlanB Inc web developpment team. The result is an attractive, fun packed yet very efficient website located at: www.samputu.com. Sept 2003 - Sept 2004 : L'Observateur
L'Observateur is a lead RD Congo newspaper available in all good shops. This elite newsprovider contacted PlanB's partner ISP mananga.com in order to extend it's visibility to the world wide web. Their first internet exposure was powered by BAKAME© v1.4 as integrated by ISP managa.com. The original webite served as a visual reference for today's implementation by a third party.

Developped by PlanB Inc. in close colaboration with every actor on the rwandese cultural scene, the portal hold a whole set of features which includes: customised self refering profile pages, entertainment news posting and handling, cultural events creation and managment. A wide range of other services are ready to be integrated in the system. The ability to manage a real internet based catalog of entertainlent related articles, pre-sell tickets to major events are close to be available to all affiliates. PlanB Inc. managed to put up some clever tools thanks to its ongoing commitment to OpenSource and Free Software Development Tools. The result is a robust system at almost no cost for the affiliates.
